Before Registration officially opens, you can:
Make an account on the Wellspring CMA.
Add your player profile information (including allergens, emergency contacts, etc.)
Create a character - this only needs to be a name (or even just "placeholder") which can be updated later. Do this step even if you do not yet have an approved character or are planning on NPCing. Our character builder is still in developtment, but we need something to assign all of your accrued XP and BP.
Do not fill out your character details on the CMA yet. Official character submissions are still being received through our Character Submission Google Form.
Fill our an Event Waiver & Provide Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine within the last year. Email this info to staff(at)wellspringlarp.org. Players who do not do this are inelligible to attend to the game. Please reach out to staff if you have any specific questions or concerns about this policy.
Once registration is live:
Register for the event! Under "Upcoming events" on the home screen, you will be able to click "Register" where you will elect your ticket type (NPC or PC, or Cabin or Tent/Car/Offsite), meal plan elections, and content preferences. Note that cabin spots are first-come, first-served and they have historicially all been claimed within the first hour of registration opening.

Reminder: Payment is due at on the day of the event, not when you register. You just have to register before the registration deadline so we know to expect you!
Full-time NPCs:
You NOT have to pay at attend! And meals are also included at no extra cost to you!
Cash:
If you elected to pay cash, please bring EXACT CHANGE to site. We do not have a means of processing credit cards on site. Refer to the Pricing section if you are unsure how much cash to bring based on your tenure and ticket type. For sliding scale, check-in will have the minimum amount you can pay, though you are welcome to pay more if able.
Paypal:
After you register, a PayPal link will populate on your home page, depending on whether you elected sliding scale, new player, or returning player.
Select the combination of add-ons you selected in the registration form (meal plan, extra BP, etc.).
If you elected a sliding scale ticket AND a meal plan, you will need to pay at two seperate links: one for your ticket and one for you meal plan. Sliding-scale tickets are inelligible for purchasing bonus BP.

Unfortnately, cabin spots are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you go to register and all cabin bunks are claimed, you will have the option to fill out a google form waitlist. We will use this list to offer bunks that come available as game gets closer.
Note that sleeping in a tent, your vehicle, or off-site comes with a $30 ticket discount! There are experienced tent campers in our player base who are happy to share tips or insights. If you have specific concerns, feel free to open up a ticket to staff on our discord, or contact us at staff(at)wellspringlarp.org.

CMA stands for "Character Managment Application" - this is the portal you will use to register for game events. Despite it's name, the character application part isn't live yet. Official character submissions are still being received through our Character Submission Google Form. We will let you know when the CMA is ready to track all of your BP and XP.

NOTE: All attendees must sign a waiver and have an up-to-date COVID vaccine
Standard Early-Signup Game Fee: $90
Pay What You Can: If a player cannot afford the full standard $90, they can pay a lower amount, down to $60. This is an option to allow flexibility for those in need of reduced ticket prices. If this option is too heavily used, we may need to adjust the standard minimum in future events to make back site cost. Please be considerate when choosing this option.
Late Signup: + $10
If you register later than 2 weeks before the game, the event fee increases by $10.
Non-Cabin Discount: - $30 discount
If you elect to sleep in your own tent, car, or off-site, you get a discount of $30 on your Game Fee!
Bonus BP: + $40
You may pay an additional $40 to gain one additional BP towards your bonus BP maximum. See the Core Rules document for more information.
This bonus BP can also be earned by NPCing, both part time and full time. This purchase path is not meant to be cost-effective.
This bonus BP can only be purchased if you are paying the full event fee.
First Event: - $20 discount
Your first event is discounted by $20.
NPCing: Free
Food is provided.
